If you bring a car seat, please call 1-866-SEATCHECK or go to the NHTSA Safety Recall website to make sure it has not been recalled.
You will then need to print and sign the Car Seat Declaration form here on our website. YOUR CAR SEAT MUST NOT BE MORE THAN 4 YEARS OLD.
